PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR
We are currently interviewing for a PT Administrative position. This position will be able to work from home or on site, as desired. There may be some need for onsite work sporadically based on projects. A successful candidate will have a working knowledge of navigating technology based methods of communication (email, voicemail, faxing online, working within a cloud-based drive, working within an online Electronic Medical Record and working within numerous insurance and other agency portal interfaces). Good customer service skills and organizational skills are a necessity as this role will be the primary interface with our consumer population and often a "first point of contact" for treatment inquiries. The job duties have the potential to expand into other administrative roles should more time be wanted and skill acquisition meets the demands of those roles (billing, insurance verification, balancing ledgers and other tasks as assigned by the current Administrator).

At this time, we are only accepting inquiries from clinicians who are independently licensed (LPC, LCSW, LSW and Psychologist) and are NOT available for license seeking clinician employment.
Minimal qualifications are outlined below:
Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LSW/LPC ). The candidate will provide direct therapy to individuals and families.
Responsibilities and Duties
Individual and/or family therapy, treatment team participation, and other services provided by a qualified mental health professional.
Qualifications and Skills
Licensed or License Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania. Strong communication, oral and written, skills to work with other staff and community stakeholders. Able to obtain credentialing through Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers to bill for services. Ability to understand CPT coding according to services provided. Experience with documentation that follows Medicare/Medicaid Regulations is a strong plus.
Considerations for internships at the doctoral and post-doctoral level accepted,
